I'm nearing the end of season 2 and omg I'm in love this show! Love the story, love the characters, love the action! I'm glad I checked it out before I saw any reviews because I was able to make up my own mind about it without outside influence. It's a really absorbing drama and I can't wait to see how it all unfolds.

I agree with a lot of your list lol. Yeah it sucks when a ending disappoints but as long as I've enjoyed the journey I can get over it unless it's a cliffhanger. Please say it's not a cliffhanger! I will find out soon. On season 4 now. I never let the haters discourage me. Judge things for yourself. Everyone's opinion is different.
Maggie is an awesome character and I love badass women in stuff but my fave is Ben so far. I like how his story has developed.

I recently began watching it on Amazon Prime and I don't share your enthusiasm. The show is just like walking dead but worse. It's the same predictable conflicts. People fight aliens, then they find out people can be worse than the big enemy. Then they have a conflict in their consciences. It's all cheesy and predictable.
shareHaha well my enthusiasm has gone now lol. I don't know what is happening in season 4 and I have stopped watching but I enjoyed the first three seasons. At the heart of it was a widower and his three sons and the way they grow and change together. The determination to survive and also save. The aliens were interesting too. Slowly unraveling why they were here. You aren't alone in not enjoying it though.

One of the biggest disappointments for me was what they did with Pope. He went from bad to somewhat decent, especially when he saved the day at the concentration camp. It felt like he finally became part of the team. Then he gets a decent woman who really care for him only to have it all ripped away sending him on a suicidal rampage. That sucked.
