If anyone cares, you can watch the movie for free online, but let me save you the trouble, it was a major POS. The story was horrible and they just threw it in at the end. The random changing from black and white was really annoying. It was such a boring movie, nothing happened except for the girl falling in the whole and the last 2 minutes, which were nothing special. The movie was worse than the stupid title.
shareThere were tons of eye rolling ill advised decisions being made by the two parents. So much that it interfered with the story and overall flow of the movie. I could start listing wtf's but it would take way too long, The first is the true story aspect, if that story is true as presented I will gladly rip out my eyeballs and mail them to the studio.

Oh yea!! Thanks for reminding me about this, did you see that stupid picture at the end where it shows the real family who this happened too. They are all rednecks who probably wanted to be famous, so they bs'ed the story.

shareThe story first appeared way back when on Unsolved Mysteries. Does the poster or the movie say "based on a true story" or "Inspired by true events". Because if it does, it basically means, we took a short non scary story that they claim is true and turned it into something way out there.
