'Tell the truth about you...'

When Aibileen confronts Hilly she hints at Yule May writing "the truth about her". What did she mean by it? We all know she was a racist backstabber but I thought her way of playing was known by everyone (hence her being queen bee of her community).

Just because someone's behavior is "known by everyone" it is an entirely different thing when someone says it out loud to other people and possibly to the person themself. Everyone walked on eggshells around Hilly because she was a b!tch and they did not want to end up on her bad side but rarely did anyone ever actually call her out to her face on her behavior which is what Aibileen was doing without even repeating what Yula Mae might have written about her. Hilly knew what she was talking about though which is why she ran out of the house.

Pretty sure she was referring to Hilly eating the sh*t pie. But it could have meant just about anything. Minnie working for that family so long, she had to know a lot of things that Hilly would likely not want to have out in the open.

"When a day starts like this, it's all uphill from here."
