Just finished the book

I loved the film so decided to check out the book. Wow it really is on a whole new level. The first person perspective really gets you into Robbo's head especially as he begins to unravel. It also goes into so much more detail that I get a film can't really go into but I think its given me a much greater understanding of the character. I loved McAvoy's performance, to me he is Bruce Robertson and that's who I thought off throughout the book. I would say if you liked the film then definitely check out the book, it's a masterpiece.

Just watched the movie. At the end when he says "The same rules apply," does that mean he wants genuinely tries to stop the suicide and wants to meet them, is it him thinking "Ha, I got her!" and he tries to stop it or since he's hanging himself with the scarf she made him he wants her and the kid to find him like that?
