I think the problem with the NASA cake falling apart (that they fixed in a few minutes) was completely set up. They always have someone riding in the back with the cake--for this one, I would have think it would have been at least two people. I know most of the stuff on this show is likely scripted to a degree, but this one just seemed really obvious.
