I always wondered because her last name isn't valastro anymore, but if she's married, her husband's never been mentioned, let alone seen on the show.

yeah, she is married. They showed him during the ep where Buddy and Lisa annouced who the godparents would be for Carlo.

I don't think he has anything to do with the bakery, so he has probably only been seen at family stuff, although I was only aware of him when they announced Carlo's godparents.
