Sure he allows cameras to show who the real people are that makes the cakes which Buddy helps only slightly, then he shows up with the cake and everyone cheers him on and thanks him continuously and he just stands there and acts like he made the whole entire thing himself instead of saying "Well, actually such and such made this part and this person made that part". He just doesn't mind taking the whole %100 percent credit for a job he's only done %20 of. Also, he says that family is number on and goes on and on talking about how important family is, but then he fires his own sister rather then sitting down without the cameras and talking openly with her just because "he needs to think about what's best for the bakery". I mean choosing a building over a human being is being a true dick. I use to like him, but now he's just turned into a complete glory hog.
well, it is his bakery, so when he delivers it, it only makes sense that the client would thank him(although I am sure the others that come along are thanked as well, they just don't show it)It would be up to Buddy at some point (and they have shown this on camera numerous times) to thank his employees for their hard work. As for firing his sister, I thought that was kind of cold, but she WAS causing problems. This is his business, his livelihood, and at some point the business has to come first. She is back, and all is well. :)
Anybody who puts a building before his own flesh and blood is a jerk. If I was her, I would have burned it down. After all, he other siblings was on Buddy's side so to hell with all of them.
so the alternative is just to let her continue to treat the other employees badly? Face complaints from them all of the time? It is his responsibility to provide a decent workplace. This was an ongoing problem, not just a one time deal. All iis well now, so I don't understand the issue.
You actually think the sister-firing storyline was real? It was clear it was just for ratings. She went away for a few episodes (aka a vacation) and then reappeared and kept working, disregarding everything that had happened.
