I had some technical issues with the film, namely that the pacing seemed off.
From the time Stu quits boxing to being ordained, is a span of more than a decade.
Yet in the film you really couldn't tell if it was years gone by or days.
It seemed like it could have all happened in a year.
For example, its only about 30 minutes of screen time from when he first meets his girlfriend to when they are talking about marriage. There really isn't anything that cues you that a few years have gone by.
Other than I thought the acting performances were excellent and it was a very well made film.
