So...If you're in a holding pattern at your current job, until something

better avails itself, you're a bad employee?

Does this ass hole Guller believe that all the hires in his company intend to work there long term, and those that do not are necessarily seditious non-believers who are to be summarily dismissed? Does he not believe that one can have professional pride for wherever they're currently employed, whether they intend to work there permanently?

Granted, Jessica fudged the monitoring of the patron slamming round after round, and flouted the employee dress code - but were it not for her divulging her temporary intentions(that was a mistake, Jessi) with Bikinis, would Guller have cut her a break?

This is hardly on the same level as sharing your interest in getting blazed at work with a "prospective employee".

- No man, cause if I did then I'd be out of a job.

I was expecting the CEO to at least offer Jessica an appointment with a recruiter or an outplacement service. It will be interesting to see where Jessica is in ten years compared to the girl who wants to win a boob job. Maybe Jessica can write an expose' of Bikinis.

Yeah, I thought this was such a true douchebag move. Firing someone because they're looking for something better? Please. She confided that info to you. I thought she was fine as a bartender, with one important exception.

I agree about her not monitoring the patron properly. I don't know if there is dram shop liability in Texas (where there's liability for overserving someone who then gets into a car accident), but that is something serious that ALL bartenders need to be trained to handle.

But I'll disagree with you on one thing - her not wearing a bikini. Her explanation of not wanting to wear a bikini on TV was totally acceptable. She shouldn't be forced to do that if she doesn't want to.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

It looked to me like she wasn't adequately trained to handle the issue of when to stop patrons from drinking more at the bar. When Guller (while pretending to be a trainee) asked her about it she didn't have a good answer for him about when to say "no more drinks". This is clearly a case of management FAIL. And yet Guller blamed the waitress. But I think what really bothered Guller was that her career goal was not to serve drinks while wearing a bikini in a 'breastaurant'.

Agree, agree, agree. He was more pissed off about her not wearing a bikini than anything else.

Although I'll admit it, I sure would have liked to have seen her in a bikini myself. But I'm not the CEO of a large company.
