Undercover Boss is a commercial
For those who don't already know, Undercover Boss is a negotiated deal with companies looking for promotion.
As part of this mutual back scratching exercise, they make sure the company being featured never comes across too bad.
So I'm always amused as what fake "flaw" gets negotiated into the script.
It's always some incredibly minor or easily fixed issue, or it's a flaw the company already has solved but wants to use "Undercover Boss" as a platform to announce it. Sometimes it's just an outright humble brag.
In this week's episode, the fake flaws revealed are that they don't employ a dishwasher and that any employee who isn't a clueless ditz can be fired.
