The Undercover Boss HOOKED him up and gave him so much and in the end at the updates, it said he is pursuing dreams and is no longer working at MAACO. What a slap in the face to the boss! He just gave him a ton as an investment to keep being a stellar employee, I'm sure with the hope of him staying and continuing to shine. I guess there's no contract these employees need to fill out and sign to give such and such amount of years to the company if they are give n so much. I kinda feel there should be.

You don't have any idea as to the circumstances surrounding his departure, so it isn't really fair to make a judgment. For all we know his boss might have had some kind of problem with him being on the show

What are you talking about the boss is the one that gave him everything and he certainly was OK with him being on the show as he was on with him and was the one that gave him the world when the guy slaps him in the face by taking the money and run.

Its pretty F'd up he probably go the most money out of anyone on that EP and he bailed right after the vacation.

Its also sad how that Rambo guy got screwed and really only got 20,000 bucks where as everyone else got well over 50,000. And that got probably had the hardest job and was the hardest worker out of all of them.

But of course he didnt give enough of a sob story to get more money like the others.

I meant the boss at his job not the boss on the episode. Can you imagine how it would feel to go back to a workplace where everyone now knows you got a *beep* of money while doing nothing extra to earn it, in order to deal with the same problems/bills that 9 out of 10 people who work just as hard deal with every day? I'm sure some places can (or have) become unfriendly afterwards

You just know once that Bikini babe will get those breast implants once she "performs like a rockstar for 6 months" she will split and move on to bigger and better things. Watch that douchbag CEO try to sue her for her implants if she leaves.

It looks like he was finally sentenced and sent to prison for that 2010 arrest for drug trafficking. I guess they didn't want to ruin the heart warming story they were telling on the show. That's probably why he didn't mention the fact that he was also arrested as a juvenile for animal abuse.
