I have never heard of this place before now but this place has got to be a joke!! "I don't greet the customers"... What kind of BS is THAT?? That is what is wrong with this country.. lack of customer service and she is on TV admitting she isn't even trying!! This guy sits in his million dollar mansion and lets this kind of crap go? He has NEVER been in any of his own stores before?? Disgusting!! So his stores cater to the lower income families.. but that doesn't mean his stores have to look like it!!

That's the least of his coming problems.OSHA is going to go ballistic watching that warehouse footage! People riding walk behind equipment, double sided box cutters...ohh wow!

Were you not listening? She said she doesn't greet the customers because they told her to be fast and im assuming shell get fired if she isn't fast enough.

YES!! I was listening, thank you very much!! I just find it hard to believe that a company would find this acceptable behavior... you don't need to talk down to people, you know!!
