Another reason why everyone should hate politics. I liked how he kept saying "my friends" gave you some $$$$. So these favors from his friends...what do they get in return from the mayor??? We need to put a stop to this ASAP!!! I say they need to be recorded 24 hours a day and watched like a hawk. They want this power then make them honest... The other jackass loser before was corrupt so what makes this guy any different?

He did say he couldn't give away tax money,but it was a tad weird.
Also there was a local news story where a council person was also wondering who the "friends" were.
shareUpdate there has been some drama from where the money came from. The Convention & Visitors bureau, Visitpittburgh, contributed $25,000.
They are partially funded with hotel tax money and a local representative is trying to make a name for herself by withholding funds to the group saying its "taxpayer money".
