This is kinda picky, but I found it somewhat amusing. When the undercover guy was working in the customer service department, he had on a headset to answer phone calls. The headset had an adjustable microphone that he had placed above his head and when he answered the phone, the microphone was still on his head. However we saw and heard him having a conversation with the customer. How the heck did the customer hear him? Then seconds later, the microphone was shown by his mouth. I think a lot of this is staged.
