I have no doubt that most of the show IS bullsh!t, there are lots of things which can be learned.

I've worked at a place before where the CEO didn't know that his quality guy had dropped part of the quality program - inspecting raw materials as they were received in.

It wasn't until a couple years later when we had a bunch of problems with material that should have been rejected that the CEO found out.

After that, the CEO audited EVERY department to make sure things were being done how HE wanted them done.

So, with that in mind, it isn't inconceivable that a CEO might not have a full appreciation for what goes on down in the trenches.

I think it is a great thing! Most CEOS need to know what is going on with their businesses. Some franchises are just totally out of whack and doing things totally unethical. Of course, if this is how the CEOs want their business to be run, by all means.

Better watch out, better start crying. Better hurry up, run and hide. Krampus is coming to town! >:)
