There is no possible way that those people don't know that "Bob" is wearing a wig. It fits very poorly and you can see his real sideburns very clearly.
They make them look so ridiculous that they are obviously in disguise. Like the episode I just watched. They gave him a mullet. Who in the hell wears mullets these days. Can't they just dye their hair and give them a normal style that is different than what they usually have? They always make them look like freaks.
