Why do people support this garbage?

Yeah, I just watched one about Donatos Pizza... yeah, never heard of that place... they aren't even nationwide.

Anyway, a manager was all gung-ho but then they took a break. She immediately unloaded all of her life story, leaving her last job, losing her kids, crying and everything... who would do that with someone they just met especially with a camera on her... because now they do it as if the boss is on a reality show or something instead of using hidden cameras.

Completely fake and scripted.

I agree 100%..however there are a lot of gullible Morons who still think this, along with all the other 5000 realty shows are real. Pathetic!

Not really sure. I sure like to look up some of the locations to see how most of these businesses are doing. Needless to say, the majority seem to have closed down after this show.

I guess for me it is for the regulation factor. I like to see some business take responsibility for their businesses because employees get paid crap now days and it is a light at the end of the tunnel to see that someone actually cares (even though they could just be investing more in their business and not really helping the employees who they give the money to).

I am a huge foodie and I think the first episode was a food episode and that is how I stared watching this.

I find it amusing because normally these CEO's and top dogs are terrible at the jobs. I believe they probably vet the employees and choose ones with interesting backgrounds to be on. I don't really find it hard to believe they'd divulge their life stories since a lot of people do. Sometimes the CEO's seem to push stuff too and ask leading questions.

I have many comments you would probably enjoy but I don't like the use of the word "garbage" like this.
