The Dutch Bros. Boss sounds like a high surfer dude. He does not sound like a boss/company founder. For me, it is painful to listen to him.

I agree - I don't want to hear a CEO use words like "Bro", "Dude", "I'm stoked"

I think it is pretty cool that not all CEOS are serious and conservative. He would embody what the CEO of IN N Out would be; although, I have never heard much about him nor do I know who is actually the CEO. In N Out, unlike Dutch Bros., actually started as a surf shack hamburger place.
