Can someone please explain to me what happend with Diane Lockhart? I last left off that she was being fired from her firm and next thing I know now Alicia was fired and starting up her own firm but now Diane is back with L&G? I thought Diane was fired several episodes previously? How and why did she get her job back?

She was the one that found out that Alicia was planning on leaving and taking their top clients with her. During all of that drama Peter decided not to have Diane as a judge so she asked Will if she could come back.
