My review for The Way has just been published on All the Films. I'll be honest, I didn't really connect with it.

I sort of agree.
it is nice to see a movie on pilgrammages..
and the scenery was great..
but I would have liked to see it go deeper.
more into the feelings about his son..
it just felt too by the numbers for me...
I was really moved by this film..maybe you were not....I was moved on a much deeper level than emotional...there is a truth found here...that is non- religious and intelligent...it is different...a slow stew...and the execution is FRESH and Honest.
