SHOULD I BUY THE BLU-RAY OR THE DVD?

Can anyone help me? While seems a obvious answer, I read somewhere that this was filmed in 16mm and diferences between the Blu-Ray and DVD image is minimal if any at all. And the movie is pretty cheap in DVD while in Blu-Ray the cheapest edition with english subtitles would be with postage between 20 and 30 USD...

Allready bought it. Hear a lot of bad things about not only image quality but also some scenes are lacking (!!!)...
