The song is called "Together We're Stronger" by Barrie Gledden, Steve Dymond & Richard Kimmings. I had a hard time finding it too. I finally found the song earlier tonight. It was created specifically for film and TV, that's why it's so hard to find. You can download it from my iDisk:
