How do you find a realistic costume ?
Like the movie not talking about the cheap ones.

From what I understand most people who are serious about dressing up in costume, have their own made. (Yes, I know they have their term for it, but I'm not going to dignify dressing up in costume by using that term.)
I've seen some incredibly well done costumes. At a symphony concert in the park, when they played the Star Wars music the local costumed Star Wars fans were part of the show and their costumes looked great. But they were clearly custom made.
On some standard costumes (like Star Trek uniforms) there are patterns available you can buy.
And, yes, just did a Google search and there is Deadpool sewing pattern available.
