I hope they'll make a Deadpool animated series

Fox doesn't have the animated TV rights and it's unlikely to get them. One might think it's the same as the X-men live action TV rights, but it's not. In that case, Marvel also owns those rights, but Fox's movie licensing contract put a freeze on Marvel's ability to put a live action X-men show out. That means that Marvel needed Fox's approval to produce a live action X-men show and Fox wasn't about to give permission unless Fox was the one who was able to air the show, so Marvel either could agree to that or make no money off of those rights whatsoever.

There is no such freeze on Marvel's animated TV rights for either the X-men or Deadpool (whose movie rights Fox owns through a separate contract) and, as such, they have been using those characters in cartoons for years. So if they decide to spin Deadpool off into his own cartoon or just give a new version of the character his own cartoon, it's unlikely to be something they'd do through Fox.
