What I wonder is, if Wade hadn't annoyed him so much initially, would they have been buddies, or would he have made Wade's treatment slightly less uncomfortable. I get that he had to be subject to extreme physical and mental stress, but Ajax just took pleasure in torturing him because he was such a smartass.
