Why no Cyril?? How could you do a remake of District B13, have David Belle play in it, but not Cyril?? Doesn't make sense!?

i think Cyril Rafaelli does't know how to speak english. because he only speak french! but david belle can!

But if I'm not mistaken, didn't Rafaelli speak English in Live Free or Die Hard???

yes he played in live free or die hard and he was great in this movie
