Is that really Brian aka Paul doing all the dangerous stunts?

They can do anything with vfx now. They put Brandon Lee's face on another actor when he died before filming was completed on The Crow and that was back in the 90's. And since anything with Walker's name on it will be a big deal, I'm sure they had a nice budget to work with.
