anyone else annoyed at their mispronunciations?

I know it's a small thing but every time they mispronounce the monster names, I just cringe. For example: Aswang, Kitsune, and Poludnica. I don't know all pronunciations, but those are some that I know are pronounced wrong. Did they not ever ask how these names are pronounced? Other TV shows (e.g. Grimm, Teen wolf) figured out how to pronounce them correctly.

Canadians pronounce most things much the same as Americans. The most notable difference is that they tend to pronounce "ou" as "oo", as in "aboot" instead of "about".

Guess I never noticed, as I'm not very well versed in the names of obscure monsters.... so, no- didn't bother me one bit.

I'm from the US and pretty much any accent but American accents are GREAT! I despise most dialects in the US from the southern accent to the NY accent- blah! Give me Australian, Scottish, British, even Canadian accent ANY day! Sometimes I say I'm going to just start talking in an accent so I don't sound like a silly American anymore!

It isn't really mispronounced. It's the intonation/accent. Although I giggle the way they say it, especially the Tikbalang. :3
