Is Manny Genuine?

So many people are pointing out that the 3 district administrators must be secretly evil / seem too good to be true. But when Manny and Jeanine were talking it turned out that they visit the same teaching-related discussion forum and have very similar ideologies. These are things that people do in their down-time. If Manny spends his own time there and Jeanine even recognized him in a positive way from his online posts, that means he is genuine. There is no faking that sort of background, it wouldn't make sense.

If things go wrong with the administrators it will be because higher powers prevent them from helping, they become jaded / burnt out / or tempted by financial prospects, not because they are secretly evil and are lying to everyone.
