Did Harrison see Dexter kill Matt?

In the final ep, in the scene where Logan brings Harrison food and illegally interrogates him withoout a parent, guardian or lawyer present:
I'm confused by the brief flashback to the snow scene where I think we see, from a distance, Dexter bending over Matt's body.

This flashback appears to be from Harrison's perspective, so does this mean that Harrison was watching Dexter, and he saw him kill Matt?

Interesting. Any theories as to why Harrison never let on to Dexter that he knew from the start?

It's probably just another attempt to push for a Harrison spin-off. Not going to happen.

That is highly possible. Harrison was in town and lurking around getting ready to make contact with Dexter. I thought that might be the case when Harrison broke in immediately after Dexter killed Matt and expected it to come up in the storyline.

Yep he did, he knew all along about that.
