I noticed that this movie has a black female lead and the director has a non-American surname (Soderbergher).

How woke is this film?

I am as anti woke as it gets, but it's not as woke as it could have been. There is one non White guy among the bad guys and one good White guy who helps her. It has girl power trope though.
