Something off about this episode.... Scripting??

Follow my thinking for a minute- production may have wanted some big drama to erupt and for Teresa and Melissa to be the last ones standing because that seems to be the narrative of this season. For that to happen there had to be a big fight- Jaq and Robyn played their roles by fighting with each other. After Robyn left, there had to be a reason for Siggy and what's her name to leave. Jaq stirred the pot like a good little Bravo soldier.
Siggy's tears may have been from her discomfort with the dishonesty of the episode. I can see her not feeling good about following along with a scripted story and not being truthful.
To play Devil's Advocate for a second, the Laurita's really need the money from the show, and would probably do anything to secure it. I still feel like Jaq sold her soul to the Devil to behave the way she did, and treat her cast mates and one time friends that way. I would rather sell my house and live a more frugal life than to disparage people in my life.

Julie, I hear what you are saying. What seemed off to me, especially, was Chris Laurita. He's always been the voice of reason with his wife's behavior and paranoia. He is supportive, but not to this new extent where he rallies around her irrational behavior.

At one point, he pinched Joe Gorga while they were entering that restaurant and it was just weird and out-of-character. Maybe they were asked to be as off-the-wall as possible to stir up crazy drama for ratings. And I agree, Siggy might have been off about being asked to get involved in all that ridiculousness.

It looks like Jaq is going to become the new "villain" of the show, at least until Teresa's family is reunited and finished with "summer camp", or whatever people in New Jersey call going to prison.

They need to fire the writers if this is the best they can do. This show continues to dissapoint me. I think next season i'll give it a miss, just like I did with OC.

Say what now?

We've still got Atlanta, which is my personal fave since episode one.

Mostly smart, mostly classy, supporting themselves...

I don't like NJ, NY, or OC and don't even watch BH anymore. So I guess Atlanta is it, and back to SUV episodes.

Oh, I love NY, You should give last season a go as it was good.
I have also gone off RHOBH, but will give this one a shot.
Always love Atlanta, it's the only one that is consistently funny to me.
