Most real moment in NJ history

We all know that reality shows have a habit of manufacturing drama for a good season. However, I do think that this series has more real moments than the others. So what do you think is the most REAL moment of the series?

I think it's the christening drama. That fight was way too real and utterly fascinating in terms of family drama.

The happiness in her children's eyes when Teresa returned from "camp" and the lust in her husband Joes eyes lol !!

That extremely nasty fight between Caroline & Teresa in season 4 that had ended their friendship forever.

The table flip. Teresa looked like she was going to bite Danielle's ear off.

The Christening seemed manufactured on the Joe/Melissa/Melissa's family side.

How can anyone trust such a psycho? What has to happen to cut a person off? 

When Gia received the flowers her mother sent before the dance, when she was away.

The christening was one of the best moments on any reality show in my opinion. Watching Joe Gorga cry in Italian to his father on his knees was SO INTENSE. You can't script that stuff.
