I highly doubt that Jaq....or any of the other housewives..had in-depth, personal knowledge of the Teresa's fraudulent dealings.

Tre needs to own that she did dirty deeds and that caused her to go to prison. It's her being flashy and trying to pretend she rich(flashing $ in S1 that got her notice on camera). I do believe that Jac did set her up on camera like back in S4 on her deck to try and get info. To me, I do not think it's far-fetched that Jac may of had something to do with Tre getting nailed and going to prison. Jac is very unstable and vindictive. So it is not far fetched that Jac could of been a "rat" to help the Feds.
