Teresa Informed on Herself

Teresa and Joe filed for bankruptcy before they were indicted which publicized their records and left them susceptible to scrutiny by the government. When you file for bankruptcy, you have to declare your income and they didn't declare a significant amount of money. It didn't really require some inside source to indicate to the authorities these people were criminals, they basically turned themselves in.

EXACTLY right!!

reply

Teresa claiming Jaq set her up is ridiculous. The only was she could have set them up is if it was her idea for them to sign fraudulent documents.
I know she probably meant Jaq turned them in but just more proof that she will never take responsibility for her many crimes.

I think Tre meant that Jacqueline was aka "snitch" to people like Monica Chacon and Kim G; they needed information from a close source. It's plausible to me that Jac did have some involvement indirectly.

reply

Monica Chacon was hired by a former business partner of Joe to represent him in a suit where he accused Joe of fraud. Another thing the Giudices brought on themselves!

reply

She's still playing the victim - not owning up to the wrong doings her and her husband did. She hasn't changed, you would think that serving jail time would have humbled her but no way. She still has that superiority complex - hence the driving a Ford comment.

reply

Yes. When she asked Andy if he would drive a Ford I was so glad he said yes LOL.

reply

You're glad he lied through his teeth? Teresa isn't the innocent dingbat she used to be, but she was right. Andy and the others were wrong. They would never publicly drive around in hoop dees.

reply

He didn't say he would on any given day.

He said he would if he was in the same predicament that she was in and I believe him.

reply

Andy and the others were wrong?

It wasn't really a factual subject where people are either right or wrong - it was more of an opinion based conversation and Andy the other women simply voiced theirs.

reply

They lied.

reply

LOL-are you some top secret government agent that has been trained to detect when people are lying or did you administer a lie detector test to Andy and the ladies from the comfort of your couch?
It may be some people's opinion that they would never drive a Ford and it may be the opinion of others that they would, but you stating that they are wrong or that they lied as though it is an undisputed fact is hilarious.

reply

Last but not least- I don't think anyone on the show said anything about driving around in hoopdees. They said a Ford and Fords are not hoopdees.
Teresa didn't necessarily have to drive around in a Ford or a hoopdee anyways. She could have driven around in one of the luxury vehicles in sure she already owns.

That comment was ridiculous. How would Jac even go about calling the government on them. So stupid.

reply

It's not that hard to snitch to the IRS. https://www.irs.gov/uac/whistleblower-informant-award. She could of did that, but unlikely.

reply

Jacqueline didn't exactly look righteously upset. She sat there and adjusted her extensions and rolled her eyes, but she seemed to be faking her upset.

Maybe after being accused of so many things by Teresa, Jacqueline is over it. She is not required to be highly offended every time Teresa makes an accusation.
Maybe after she blew up like a nut on their last vacation she decided she wasn't going to keep blowing up anymore over people who aren't really her friends anyways.

reply

Unless Jacqueline made her sign the papers, she isn't responsible. Teresa still does not take any responsibility. Maybe she and her husband shouldn't have made a show of paying $100,000 in cash for furniture when they were on TV?

I know someone who stole money from his company, filed false tax returns, and got 6 months in jail. He and his family are very much like Teresa- they never take any responsibility, and act like the government picked on him for no reason.
