I love Liam Neeson, but...
this was really thin (bad). Fairly simple premise, but it just did not succeed.

He needs to be making real movies again, not this DTV schlock. Luckily he's actually been cast as Phillip Marlowe for a new theatrical film and it does sound promising.
shareHe's definitely getting too old for this type of role. It was an okay movie. A little woke. Really kind of half baked. Like half a movie, they just hurried up and wrapped things up, slapped on a happy ending and called it a day. What was this movie ever going to be anyhow, even if they threw a ton of money at it? We already have a bunch of great movies with this exact premise. I enjoyed a lot of the city shots. I think this was made in Australia or something?
