Ozarks Compared to Europe?
Countrirs like Norway is considered the Guatemala of Europe, how does Europe compare to Ozarks?
I constantly hear, it's better to be poor in America than middle classic in Europe-it's considered that bad.
I don't know, but from the actions of rich Europeans (e.g. coming to the US for major operations), it must be a problem, at least for the blue collar and below folk.
Much of the US backwoods cultures have roots in Europe, esp. former Celtic areas.
