Good Series. No need for Season 2
It's a bit simplistic and silly, but the acting is very good and I cared about all the characters of the good guys.
Some people said Season 2 would be great, but the story is complete.

I agree. Dickie and his cohorts are screwed. I'm not sure what season 2 would be about.
shareI would love to see a prequel. What brought Pine to become a hotel manager in Cairo. How Roper built his business and what made him decide to become an illegal arms dealer. I also like a little backstory on Jed. Maybe have the prequel end when Jed leaves NY to go live with Roper. And then maybe pick up at the end of S1 to see what really happened to everyone. I would love to find out that Roper survived and was now out for vengence against Pine and Jed. It ended all too neatly like a bit of a fairy tale.
Fraaaank. FRANK! Get my jean bin. Susie wants my jeans.
No she doesnt.
I would love to see a season 2 but only because I loved season 1 so much. Deep down though I know that a season 2 would not be practical. This was just one of those perfectly executed one and done limited series.
shareMaybe Roper is still alive on Season 2. The season 1 finale made it look like he was just going to get tortured by the Arabs until he got his people to pay him. He is a powerful man and has connections all around the world so he might end up alive and go after Jonathan Pine!
shareI think if Roper lives he could join with Pine, because they may kill Jed thinking she ran off with the money. I think Roper did care for Jed and Pine is not the type for Jed but he would still would be responsible for her death. Revenge for Jed's death could make a great series 2.
