Anyone else slightly annoyed that they seem to have "borrowed" this phrase from "Kojak"?

I loved it! And so what if it was "borrowed"? I'd consider it a tribute. Besides we all quote phrases we don't even know where we heard just because they sound cool and we feel they fit the situation.
