The guy cannot act out of a wet paper bag. When will Hollywood cast actors based on talent instead of just looks?

No wonder the Brits rule the acting craft. Jim Broadbent, Timothy Spall, Mark Rylance, et. al., may not look like much but all three are world class actors and all could play MacGyver in their sleep.

When he smiles he has a certain puckish charm, but generally speaking he is not that good looking. His nose is an amorphous blob floating in the middle of his face and he looks like he weighs about 100 lbs, with clothes on. I thought they picked him because he is slightly resemblant of Richard Dean Anderson.
