Should focus on the real victims, not this cow...

I've read the book about this murder and from the start, to anyone with half a brain, it was clear the husband did not commit this murder. And while I have not seen this limited series, to apparently focus on the true criminal is shameful.

The husband was railroaded and obviously so and to this day, the prosecutor, police, and judge are still unapologetic.

Read the book - it is horrifying what stubborn people with a closed mind can do to an innocent person.

It's about her because she is the one who is interesting. It's meant as entertainment. You do not seem to have any clue.

Liscarkat - Read the book - there is nothing entertaining about this incident. She should not have been made "interesting," quirky, or hip. So, you do not have a clue if you think the railroading of an innocent man is "entertaining."

If you really want to be stunned with just how stupid people can be, watch the interview with the Russ Faria Jurors. They talk about how since the prosecutors didn't present much evidence, they were forced to "fill in the blanks" as to how Russ Faria committed the crime and that's how they eventually got to a guilty verdict. They even concocted their own scenarios about how he could possibly have left his cellphone in a mailbox so it would ping in one tower while he was off committing the crime. They did the exact opposite of what jurors are supposed to do in deliberations.
This justice system basically bent Russ over and gave him 12 inches with no lube.

They were more concerned about their jobs than the truth. Every bit of evidence against the husband came from Pam Hupp and they did squat to vet it. Faria was super lucky to get a great lawyer who questioned everything.

Not taking anything away from Schwartz, who was damned good at his job, but only a true moron could look at the facts in this case and not at least consider Pam as the prime suspect here.

At a glance, it seemed likely she did it. On a deep dive, hell yeah she was obviously guilty.

YES! When the D.A. said Russ killed his wife because he was upset that she changed the beneficiary from him to Pam I couldn't believe it that was the only angle. LOL.
