I would have loved to see more of the technical details concerning the protection of the city's citizens from critters, bugs and birds. What about burrowing creatures? I would have expected to see the occasional bird or insect perched atop one of the spires (or rods) which supported the netting. Was the whole set up electrified to discourage curious and hungry animals? And if I was in that Norwegian settlement I would have been concerned about hawks and other birds of prey swooping down for a meal.

That’s what I was thinking too all the time. How could they omit this important detail from the movie. That would’ve been so interesting to see, a missed opportunity I say.
