How many of you living in the Central/Eastern Time Zones got buttf\/cked by football delaying tonight by nearly a half hour? I know Sunday night is football night, but for f\/cks sake, must they inflict themselves on a season premiere night? Can my Sunday CBS Shows ever catch a break?
shareI guess I'm lucky I'm on the west coast, but I feel for you. The other day our local affiliate obliterated the premier of MacGyver to give constant updates on a news item. Personally, if I want the local news I'll go get it, no need to shove it down my throat.
share2 years ago I had CSI preempted 3 weeks straight because the world's longest hour wouldn't stop. I hate football, why can't these criminals play on Saturday? Also this is not the first time these wifebeaters and deadbeat dads cockblocked season premieres. Last year 2 BROKE GIRLS & ELEMENTARY were both bumped with only Long Island having a channel on which to watch them. I had to wait till they were on CBS.com on top of the lie that said Thursday Night Football would end on 0ctober 29th but still continued for 2 more weeks. If a game runs long, cut to a cable affiliate and air the shows as promised.
