If you have 2 people under arrest you NEVER put them TOGETHER in the back seat of the SAME CAR! Obviously that research wasn't done correctly.

shareSeen this in tons of shows over the last 40 years. Seen it happen in real life, but for a city like LA they should have enough cars to separate to suspects.

Don't remember the #, but that was one of Gibbs rule not to put 2 suspects in the same room together

True, but ONLY if the purpose is to get them to talk and provide information (like Brenda did in an episode of The Closer). If you're just transporting them, then no, you don't put them together in the backseat.
