Deeks Mom is anA sshole! I can see where Deeks gets his constant talking and annoyance. She needs to be dropped off in the middle of the Atlantic ocean!

I disagree! I love their relationship. That was very funny dialogue right from when he caught her smoking, telling the dr to let her know the dangers of smoking and then dr asks her if she smokes. She says no. When she left the room to use her phone, Deeks says you can also take a smoke break. Her response was perfect--And people always asked me why I have just one child. His was good too--That was hurtful and uncalled for. The dynamic was excellent, IMO!
Everyone's sense of humor is different, but some folks don't find condescending, sexist, obnoxious, and rude comments humorous. But her demeanor does explain her son's.
shareI don't think neither is all that bad. If you are going to pick at stuff, I guess you could do that with all of the characters.
shareI don't think the characters are bad; I think they're annoying, but maybe Deeks' mom is supposed to be annoying. I just don't find "annoying" humorous which is probably why I don't find many of Deeks' comments humorous. I prefer the banter between Callen and Sam (like when Sam's car was stolen) and the scenes between Eric and Nell (when he wore the tactical kilt). But, everyone's sense of humor is different.
