Why wasn't Anna in the episode "Hot Water?

Nate Getz appeared in the previous episode claiming Kensi wasn't ready to return to work.In the following episode," Hot Water ",Kensi is back in the field and there is no sign of Anna? Where is Anna ? I stopped watching the flagship series NCIS because I didn't like what they were doing. Are they ruining NCIS LA as well?

That's just my two cents.

Anna isn't an NCIS agent, and if you saw the beginning, you know that Kensi hasn't been re-instated.

OK So Hetty doesn't think Kensi is ready to be reinstated as a field agent but trusts her abilities to involve her in an unsanctioned operation to kidnap the woman who framed Granger? It's called willing suspension of disbelief,"I don't think you are recovered enough to be put in the field armed but I am going to place the safety of a suspect in your protection." It would have been nice if they referred to Anna in this episode.

That's just my two cents.

Well, let's look at Hetty's choices since Callen, Sam, Deeks, and Granger were all unavailable. Would you trust Kensi to get the job done--even if she may not be emotionally ready to go into the field full time, or would you assign Beale or even Nell to bring that suspect in? I know I would go with Kensi, no question.

Well then it goes without saying that if the NCIS LA group survives the mole ( likely) Hetty would be hard pressed not to reinstate Kensi. Yes if NCIS LA is under full assault I do expect Hetty to request help from Anna.

That's just my two cents.

Maybe, but if she's trying to keep Duggan in the dark, asking for Anna's help might seem suspicious. Just saying

Some people mention Anna from time to time.

WHO THE HECK IS ANNA???

She's not an agent, so why should she be featured in this show?

reply

Anna is Arkady's daughter (and he's been a great recurring character) and also Callen's current love interest. I like having her on the show just like I like having Sabatino, Talia, Sanchez, and Sullivan--other recurring characters.

Anna is the mole.

reply

Don't buy it.

reply

Doesn't make sense, since her first contact (that we know of) was more recent than mole activity. Of course, Arkady could have been feeding her info, and HE is the mole, and Anna being at the ATF makes it easy for her to keep tabs on Callen and crew, but not be TOO close...

Anna being the mole is a good storyline..

Taking acting lessons. I usually don't like when a character "disappears" on this show but this is the exception. I really hope Callen "cuts her loose" and she is never to been seen from again.
