Who to replace Granger?
With the death of Miguel Ferrer who should replace Granger? I pick Chris Meloni.

I think the knife attack was a way to write him out. He knew he had throat cancer and would probably not return next season anyway. R.I.P. Miguel

shareother than Director Vance I don't think I want anyone else to replace Granger...but Vance is busy at NCIS headquarters in Washington so I can't imagine he would be able to visit the LA office often. I wish things would go back to the way they were way back in season 1 long before Granger joined the show and Vance had often made guest appearances on NCIS:LA once in a while...I really miss the good old NCIS:LA days when Vance would pop in once in a while, Granger had yet to join the show and "Densi" did not exist back then.
I'm sad about Miguel Ferrer's recent death and I will miss seeing Granger on the show...but the show worked just fine before Granger joined with Hetty still as the head supervisor, and I don't think we really need a replacement for Granger...just go back to how things were in the beginning when Hetty was in charge.
possibly Deputy Director Craig for a while
