I think it's a very entertaining movie. It's Nolan's take on heist films, and there's a lot of fun worldbuilding + stunning visuals here. I don't think the movie is as deep as some people may make it out to be; I actually think it's not entirely coherent in some ways. I consider it his most popcorn-y movie, personally, but still pretty great nevertheless.

Not really, no.
I mean, that "repeated-so-often-your-brain-hurts" shot of the Paris streets folding back on themselves was landmark CGI for the time, but I preferred the eerieness of that city much later on with the repeating buildings.
Then again, the practical effects such as the hotel corridor weird gravity fight were great.
