How did Cobb and Saito wake up from Limbo?

The kicks in the other dreams are already done. How did they kick themselves from that limbo place?

The movie just cut straight into Cobb in an airplane with the others. Maybe that's a dream? Maybe that's not?

Maybe that's why Chris Nolan left the ending open, it could be a dream. Starting from him waking up from the airplane, it could be a dream he and Saito go deeper into from the limbo. Possible?

What you guys think?

They could not kick themselves from Limbo -- at least not until the sedative wears off. They have to keep reminding each other that they are in Limbo, then kill themselves and have to repeat the cycle.

The beginning dream at Saito's palace and ending dream are different.

Yes, he left it open to give us the possibility that Cobb is still dreaming. I believe that Cobb is not dreaming because the story makes more sense if he is not. However, other people disagree with my interpretation.

I agree, I don't think he is dreaming. I feel Cobb, because he had experienced limbo already with Mal, knew a little about what would happen if they would be to kill themselves in while in limbo and so all he needed to do was find Saito and once he did (I'm not sure how he aged so much - maybe because he died in another level the time was moving much faster and Cobb got to him JUST in time in his level) after finding him at last all he needed to do was kill him or tell him that it's over if they just kill themselves, therefore this is what Saito did. There are also little things as well that you could tell if he was dreaming or not, for example in real life Cobb doesn't seem to wear his wedding ring however in his dreams he does - In final scene he is not wearing his ring, therefore he must be in real life, I wouldn't think this to be a coincidence because lets be honest it's a Chris Nolan movie, nothing is chance it's all planned to perfection.
