I know that Nolan has no intention of making a sequel as of yet, probably never, but I feel like this is a movie that I would be very glad if they made another one. Anyone else feel the same? Of course I would only want one if it was of the same quality and had a fresh concept, not just a cash grab, but I'm interested in people's opinions of whether it needs or merits a sequel or not.

They were planning on making one for quite a while! I think it would make for an awesome open world game similar to Watch Dogs or Grand Theft Auto. Perhaps Naughty Dog could work on it after Last of Us 2 is done. It would give them a chance to try something a little out of their wheelhouse, and the idea of Nolan working with Druckmann makes me salivate.
shareNo, no and no. The film ended literally PERFECTLY and it should be a stand alone film, just as Interstellar. Some films should never get sequels, Inception is one of those films.
